Hi, I’m Keeley— the maker and soy wax spiller behind The Basic Wick.

My mission is simple: To create candles that look beautiful, smell amazing, and are safe for you and your home. Every Basic Wick candle is hand-poured in small batches using 100% soy wax, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and eco-friendly materials. They’re clean burning, thoroughly crafted, and safe for your family, pets, and the planet.

Every candle + product you see is made by me in my cozy little home, and in a space my fiancé helped create, who’s also my biggest cheerleader (+ our daughter). I want you to know that every time you purchase from me, you’re not just helping a small business. You’re supporting the late nights, early mornings, hand-picked boxes, and my dreams. You’re supporting a young mother who took a risk, trying to find sources of income while chasing her dreams, and build from the ground. I am just getting started and so very excited for everything still to come.
